External review of the Welsh Wound Network

Written by Ian Dillon January 4th 2011

In late 2009 the Welsh Assembly Government funded the Welsh Wound Network through its Academics for Business (A4B) programme. The funding runs until the end of March 2011 and the Welsh Wound Network management team are exploring routes to ensure the continued success of the Network beyond April 2011. If you have any thoughts or suggestions regarding how we best keep the Network moving forward in 2011 please contact us at One requirement from the A4B programme was that there should be an external review of the activities of the Welsh Wound Network to show our value to members and to the health and wealth of Wales. We have asked Jenesys Associates to complete this review. Jenesys Associates are an established business consultancy based in South Wales and have previously helped the Welsh Wound Network by reviewing our first steps back in 2008 when we received limited funding to explore the potential for a vibrant wound healing network in Wales. Sarah Jenkins from Jenesys Associates would like to contact a sample of WWN members to ask for their views on the Welsh Wound Network with these short conversations to be held in early 2011. If you do not want to be contacted to find out your views of the WWN let us know at
