Improving clinical care for people with wounds

STOP Pressure Ulcer Day celebrated in Wales

Written by Michael Clark November 21st 2016

The global STOP Pressure Ulcer Day was celebrated at the Welsh Wound Innovation Centre on November 17th with excellent content upon the impact of pressure ulcers among childrean and young adults.  Many thanks to our speakers from the Pressure Ulcer Prevention and Intervention Service from Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board and to Jo-Anna Grove, a clinical nurse specialist.  Photos from the event are shown below.  If you have images or news from other STOP Pressure Ulcer Day events across Wales we would be delighted to share these on this site - just e-mail us at info@welshwoundnetwork.org.
