Get involved with the National Wound Audit!

Written by Michael Clark August 26th 2015

Over September 28 to October 2nd 2015 there will be a wound audit across acute care in Wales. This audit seeks for the first time to capture the number of pressure ulcers and moisture lesions across Wales using a robust audit tool. This is a major undertaking and data collectors are required in large numbers! If you would like to help with the audit send us an e-mail to info@welshwoundnetwork.org and let us know if you are a registered nurse or not (everyone can take part but only qualified nurses will be involved in assessing skin for pressure ulcers or moisture lesions)
