Come celebrate the STOP Pressure Ulcer Day

Written by Michael Clark October 7th 2015

This year we will celebrate the STOP Pressure Ulcer Day on November 19th.  There will be many events across Wales highlighting the need for improved pressure ulcer prevention and treatment.  One key event will be an Open Day at the Welsh Wound Innovation Centre (www.wwic.wales).  This day is geared to all - from the public, health professionals and anyone else who wishes to find out more about the experience of living with pressure ulcers.  You are free to drop in to the Welsh Wound Innovation Centre at any time from 10am to 4pm with specific sessions on the impact of living with a pressure ulcer held at 10.30, 12.30 and 14.30.  An invitation to, and information about the day can be downloaded below, please visit the Doodle poll contained in the information sheet to book your free place and help celebrate this year's STOP Pressure Ulcer Day.  Light refreshments and free raffles will be held during the day.
